Consultation for Custom Outfits
We require a non-refundable consultation fee of $10 / ₦15,000 for custom outfit requests. This fee covers:
- Personalized recommendations based on your size, body type, and skin tone.
- Virtual measurement sessions (for out-of-state clients).
- Optional sketch creation of your design.
If you’re purchasing one of our ready-made designs, this fee is not required—unless you request virtual measurements, which cost $5. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll schedule a video call to take your measurements. You may also send your own measurements if you’re confident in their accuracy.
Processing Time
Production timelines vary depending on the outfit type and quantity:
- Regular evening/prom outfits: 2–10 weeks
- Luxury embellished outfits or wedding gowns: 5–20 weeks
These are estimates. We recommend booking early and sharing your event date to avoid delays. Shipping takes 3–6 days after production is complete.
Fittings and Delivery
Once your outfit is ready, we’ll contact you to schedule a fitting. For out-of-state clients, fittings are done virtually using a model close to your size. This method has proven effective over the years.
Payments
We offer installment payment options (twice, thrice, or monthly). Production begins once 50% of the total payment is received. Fabric sourcing and virtual measurements start immediately after your first deposit.
After finalizing your style, we’ll send a secure payment link (card or PayPal). We do not store your card details.
Outfit Production Process:
- Fabric sourcing begins after the first deposit.
- Outfit creation follows fabric confirmation.
- Photos/videos are shared for feedback before final touches.
- Fitting is done on a mannequin/model close to your size.
- Once approved, the balance (50%) is paid, and shipping is initiated via DHL Express (4–6 days delivery).
Delivery and Return Policy
We take pride in delivering high-quality pieces. Before shipping, we send a final video for your approval and conduct thorough quality checks.
Returns:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items delivered in good condition and correct sizing. Please review item details and size charts carefully before ordering. For accurate sizing, book our virtual measurement service ($20).
Conditions for Return:
- Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Personalized items are non-refundable. You’ll receive videos before shipping to ensure satisfaction.
- Returns must be shipped within 1–2 working days of delivery via a reliable courier with tracking.
- Refunds/exchanges are processed only if the returned item is in good condition.
Shipping Policies
- All international orders are shipped via DHL Express; local deliveries use third-party dispatch services.
- Delivery takes 1–10 working days, depending on location.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Custom fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Items cannot be redirected after shipping without an additional fee.
- Customers bear the cost of return shipping.
- If an item is returned due to failed delivery, the customer must pay a new shipping fee.
- We may declare a lower item value to reduce customs duties.
- A tracking number is provided upon shipment.
- Shipping fees vary based on item weight.
- If an item is lost in transit, we will reship at no cost.
- Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee.
- For delivery issues, contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

Free Delivery
Orders over ₦150,000 (ex. VAT) for branded items and ₦75,000 (incl. VAT) for unbranded items qualify for free delivery within Lagos.
